Yellowish Ceiling turned White as snow

Note that the ceiling have not been painted for a long time so it turn yellowish and also there is a water seepage above the client units before and is solved but the damage is there. We scraped off the lose paint, applied sealer and painted it and it turn to be so much better.

Stained Partition repaired

 

This FCU(aircon unit) is in a office and due to the choked drainage caused a water leak and damaged the partition. The stain is not easily remove by painting only. We have did that right.
