Peak season, book and block the date asap

End September onwards all the way till CNY will be our most busy season. So if there is no major work but small handyman job we will not able to do. Our main service still are Painting, Simple renovation work like Marble floor grinding and polishes, Parquet varnish, Electricals, Wet work, General Spring Cleaning ,Acid Wash, Aircon service/repair/supply, so call us for a appointment for viewing to confirm price on the spot once inspected the unit and book/block the available date slots to avoid disappointment. Wet work. Replace WC bowl, Wash Basin, Tempered Glass, Hack and install Tiles, Heater ,etc

We also do hacking off tiles, dispose and redo whole toilet. We supply and install WC bowl, wash basin, basin stand, water proofing membrane, Tiling , Stainless steel water pipe etc at a lower cost compare to interior design company.

Parquet varnish and Marble floor grinding and polishes

There are some important and less costly but necessary simple reno to be done before moving in, that is parquet floor sanding and marble floor polishes. My price is something you can afford and will not regret doing it by us.

Hi all, thanks for the support in the pass 6 years. We are please to announce that the painting price did not increase even the cost of labour, material and petorl and COE etc do increases. The price for painting a vacant HDB 3 room flat estimate price still is $480, 4 room $680 , 5 room $880. Condo less then 1100 sqft $1080, between 1101-1300 sqft $1280. Landed exterior and interior estimate between $1800-$3500. Feel free to call me at 93821820 for a on site visit to give the confirm price on the spot once after I view it.
