Same room with wall paper stick out the paint and also notice yellow stain which cause by water leakage from upstair. This stain cannot be cover by paint unless apply sealer first then paint over it.
The paint had been peeled off after the client took out the wall paper by himself and we need to plaster it and then apply sealer and paint it over. If you spot some whiter paint on the wall is because it is not totally dry yet when we take the picture.
This is a toilet ceiling before and after that have mold and had been applied sealer and white paint
