Although most of our client is from Condo and HDB , once a while there are still some commercial building staff call us to do some painting work and handyman work which we do welcome. Recently this is a room in a Community Centre which we did up a painting job. Some picture of the before and after which make the room more alive.

Price for painting of HDB 3 room flat -$480 , 4 room - $680 , 5 room - $880 . Condo less then 1100 sq ft - $980. Landed interior about $1500, Exterior about $1800.All price inclusive of removing of nails , plaster crack line and nett. No GST. To be confirm upon site inspection of the condition of wall and ceiling and on the spot confirm price after the site inspection.
