If you wonder why your ceiling turn mouldy just within 1 to 2 years after the painting is done, is because the humidity trapped in your toilet and the ceiling will be the first one who suffer. We are professional not only in painting, but to solve all problem with your bad condition wall or ceiling even doors and pipe.
The toilet pipe is previously painted using wall pipe rather then oil paint, so you can see the peeling and moudy there.We painted it using oil paint after scrape off the lose paint. Many cheap labour paint toilet pipe the easy way and cheap way by using wall paint which do not last. We don't  advice doing that.
