Hi, many called me and first questions is how long to wait if job confirm. Maybe because the last post I said we are busy till CNY senting wrong idea and clients thought I no time at all for new job. To make it simple, here is the waiting time. Once I view the place an confirm the quote on the spot on site, if I get a deposit,will be able to block a date that you prefer. If you need some days to consider, and once you called me to confirm, waiting time before we can start your site is around 3-4 working days Hope this way will be more clear. Thank you.

Peak season, book and block the date asap

End September onwards all the way till CNY will be our most busy season. So if there is no major work but small handyman job we will not able to do. Our main service still are Painting, Simple renovation work like Marble floor grinding and polishes, Parquet varnish, Electricals, Wet work, General Spring Cleaning ,Acid Wash, Aircon service/repair/supply, so call us for a appointment for viewing to confirm price on the spot once inspected the unit and book/block the available date slots to avoid disappointment. Wet work. Replace WC bowl, Wash Basin, Tempered Glass, Hack and install Tiles, Heater ,etc

We also do hacking off tiles, dispose and redo whole toilet. We supply and install WC bowl, wash basin, basin stand, water proofing membrane, Tiling , Stainless steel water pipe etc at a lower cost compare to interior design company.

Parquet varnish and Marble floor grinding and polishes

There are some important and less costly but necessary simple reno to be done before moving in, that is parquet floor sanding and marble floor polishes. My price is something you can afford and will not regret doing it by us.
