Landed interior about $1500, Exterior about $1800.All price inclusive of removing of nails , plaster crack line and nett. No GST. To be confirm upon site inspection of the condition of wall and ceiling and on the spot confirm price after the site inspection.

We not only paint Condo / Landed / HDB that is vacant and empty which will cost lower in price but we also paint any places that owner is staying in. We are able to paint and finish the area example a room by room basic and finish it in the evening so owner can still come in to sleep and rest as usual without the hassel to need to move out or sleep elsewhere. We are experince in handling different kinds of urgent cases and things that owner think is not possible to paint it when they are stay in. We can do it.
